RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT

Residential investment is the historical activity of INDEV REAL ESTATE, developed since 1993. We first invested in the Paris metropolitan area, in the cities of the first-ring suburbs. With the continuous growth of real estate prices in Paris, these cities have quickly become privileged places of residence for young executives and families. We then invested in the United States and in Poland, where we chose to develop local teams.
